Order

How do I know my order was received well?

As soon as you ordered and email is sent confirming your order. If you did not get this email (and its not in your spam folder), you can contact us. Sometimes it can take up to 24hrs to received the confirmation.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered wrong data please contact us asap and we will rectify the mistake for you. The customer is responsible for extra charges if the print is already shipped before notifying us of the mistake.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

As soon as you place an order, the team starts fulfilling it. Unfortunately that means no changes can be made because its already being prepared. 

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us and we will see if it is still possible. We can't guarantee the cancellation, but if possible, we will cancel it for you. 

 

Claim

What if my products arrive damaged?

Please contact us with a picture of the damage and we will respond as soon as possible. Do not send the damaged product back by yourself before contacting us. 
If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I received the wrong products?

This is obviously not your fault and new ones will be shipped to you asap. Double check your order confirmation to see if you did not order something wrong by mistake. In any case, please contact us.

 

Delivery

Who prints and delivers my order?

We work through Gelato who use local printers worldwide to print and ship orders, making it a very sustainable way to print and send. Because Gelato produces print products at more than 100 locations in 33 countries, global delivery times, shipping distances and carbon emissions are reduced. Faster, smarter and greener.

How long does delivery take?

Usually delivery takes places within 72hrs, but of course exceptions can always happen!

Economy and Express

What are the shipping costs?

You will see what it costs to ship to your address at checkout. Here are some example pricing per country. Some prices will depend on print size.

Can I choose express delivery?

Yes you can choose this at delivery which will also give you an estimate of how fast this will be for your location.

Return

Can I return my order and get a refund?

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure the customers are happy with their order.  If that's not possible or the customers can't wait for a new order to arrive then a refund will be made. Make sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt.
